  This shop does not even deserve one star. Spent nearly $200 for installation of an aftermarket radio. I had all the parts already purchased as well. They did not follow the instruction manual and broke the AC/Temp controls permanently. Argued with me that they didn't cause it and told me I would have to meet with a manager to have him determine if they broke it. This came after they already broke the power window motor and my hood latch release inside the vehicle. Spent three full days waiting around for them to break more things. Was also charged an additional $18 for a few inches of electrical tape and two screws. They did not install the headunit trim correctly either. They left out multiple screws in a half-ass attempt to put my car back together after messing up more than they fixed. They offer a lifetime warranty which, at this point, I can only imagine is a result of them not knowing what the hell they are doing at any point in the installation process. Spent $200 for a radio and left with a broken window motor, hood latch release, trim, and wiring issues that now prevent my AC/Temp controls from functioning.
