  Literally the worst business experience of my life. Took a watch there to have a battery replaced, the girl behind the counter tried and after parts were all over the counter, I told her not to worry about it. She couldn't get anything back together and I ended up leaving with my watch in a bag of parts. I went back and talked to a manager and he said he would send it somewhere to get repaired. 4+ months later I stopped in to check on the status since I had gotten no calls. The watch was in the same big with a vital exterior button missing, other missing parts, the watch face is DESTROYED, the second hand is broken right off. Not even an apology or a valid explenation. Don't go here! They deserve 0 stars!
